WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

  • ANY NON-CLEARANCE OR PURCHASED PRODUCT WITHOUT A DISCOUNT CAN BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND MINUS SHIPPING COSTS. CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY ONLY BE RETURNED IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE. 
  • IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, A REQUEST MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ITEM'S ARRIVAL. THE ITEM MUST ALSO BE RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 14 DAYS IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. 
  • RETURNS WILL BE DENIED IF THEY DO NOT MEET THIS RETURN POLICY AND THE ITEM(S) WILL BE RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. 
  • PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT IS IN UNWORN CONDITION.
  • ANY ITEMS WITH A DISCOUNT OF 25% OR GREATER ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 

  • PLEASE RETURN ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR DAMAGED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. THE RETURN MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.
  • PLEASE EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@SHOPBRITTANYALDEAN.COM OR USE THE 'CONTACT US' PAGE TO REQUEST A RETURN AND WE WILL ASSIGN YOU AN RMA#. WE WILL SEND YOU A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL VIA EMAIL TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. 
  • AFFIX THE PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL AND DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE AT YOUR NEAREST FEDEX OR USPS LOCATION DEPENDING ON WHICH LABEL IS ISSUED TO YOU. PLEASE KEEP TOP PORTION OF LABEL FOR YOUR RECORDS AND TRACKING.IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO USE THE PREPAID LABEL.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED. PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS 

  • ANY RETURNED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR DAMAGED OR ALTERED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, OR ITEMS WITHOUT THEIR PACKAGING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER, AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

SHIPPING FEE 

  • ALL ITEMS RETURNED USING THE PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS AN EXCEPTION IS MADE BY OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. IF SUCH SHIPPING FEE IS APPLICABLE, IT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AT THE TIME IT IS PROCESSED. WE DO NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING PAID ON THE ORDER UNLESS THE ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE OR AN EXCEPTION WAS MADE.
